For over a decade, my passion for health and wellness has been shaped by my personal journey of self-discovery and transformation. I found solace in nature, taking long walks every day, and always found joy in moving my body. However, I also faced challenges like insomnia, which significantly impacted my overall well-being. My sister, a registered dietitian, deepened my understanding of nutrition, which helped lead me to nourishing foods that energized and revitalized me. Giving up alcohol became another transformative step in my wellness journey.
Like many, I followed a conventional path—graduating college and landing corporate roles—but over time, I realized those jobs left me unfulfilled and disconnected. Burned out, unhappy, and physically unwell from stress, I knew something needed to change. Therapy played a crucial role in helping me reconnect with my true self, revealing that I didn’t have to stay stuck in an identity that no longer served me.
Through this process, I learned that holistic wellness is about more than just diet and exercise—it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. I used CBT-I techniques to improve my sleep and integrated yoga, meditation, and breathwork into my daily routine, which really helped calm, ground, and center me. These practices alleviated stress, restored my energy, and fostered a sense of balance and clarity, allowing me to navigate life with greater ease and presence.

A pivotal moment in my journey was attending The Art of Living retreat in 2023, where I delved deeper into the principles of mindful living. The retreat helped me embrace the power of gradual, positive lifestyle changes and gave me tools to cultivate inner peace. I left with a renewed sense of clarity, feeling more connected to my purpose and ready to make more changes in my life.
In February of 2024, I became a certified life coach and spent the next six months taking courses in nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, meditation, and self-love to expand my toolkit and better help others.
As a Certified Life Coach and Wellness Expert, I help others reclaim their health, joy, and balance. I empower you to make meaningful changes—whether it’s cultivating self-love, boosting confidence, or embracing healthy habits like daily exercise and nourishing meals. My mission is to partner with you on your wellness journey, guiding you toward lasting, holistic well-being.
