For over a decade, my passion for health and wellness has been shaped by my personal journey of self-discovery and transformation. I found solace in nature through long daily walks and joy in moving my body. However, I also faced challenges like insomnia, which significantly impacted my well-being. My sister, a registered dietitian, deepened my understanding of nutrition, and I discovered how energizing and healing nourishing foods can be. Giving up alcohol became another pivotal step in reclaiming my health.
While I followed the conventional path — earning my degree and landing corporate roles — I realized over time that those jobs left me unfulfilled and disconnected. Burned out, unhappy, and physically unwell from chronic stress, I knew something had to change. Therapy played a crucial role in helping me reconnect with my true self, and I learned that I didn’t need to stay stuck in an identity that no longer fit.
Through this healing process, I came to understand that true wellness is holistic — nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to improve my sleep and integrated yoga, meditation, breathwork, and painting into my daily routine. These calming practices helped me manage stress more effectively, restore energy, and find clarity and balance.

A turning point came when I attended The Art of Living retreat, where I explored the deeper principles of mindful living. The experience helped me embrace the power of small, positive lifestyle changes and offered tools to cultivate greater inner peace. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
I then got certified as a life coach and completed six months of additional study in nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, meditation, and self-love to better support others.
Now, as a Master Certified Life Coach and Wellness Expert, I help others reclaim their health, confidence, and sense of joy.
